What you'll add

• 500g boneless chicken
• Onion, capsicum and carrot (250g)
• Ginger and garlic, paste and chopped
• Green chillies
• 1 egg
• Spring onion
• Cooking oil

What you don't need

No salt. No vinegar, no ketchup, no chilli sauce, no chicken powder. Every one of them is already balanced into the sauce.

Storage and shelf life

Keep refrigerated. Put it in the fridge as soon as it arrives, not just after opening. Shelf life 3 months refrigerated.
