At Cheat Day, we take pride in delivering fresh, high-quality products. Due to the nature of our food items, we follow a limited return and refund policy as outlined below.

Returns

  • We do not accept returns on food products once they have been delivered.

  • This is to ensure food safety and hygiene standards for all our customers.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

  • a damaged product

  • a leaking bottle

  • an incorrect item

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

  • the product

  • outer packaging

  • order details

After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

  • Refund processing time may take 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled before dispatch.

  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
