Step-By-Step Instructions
- Measure 500gm rice with a bowl/cup.
- ایک پیالی / کپ سے 500 گرام چاول ناپ لیں
- Wash and soak rice in water for 15 minutes.
- چاول اچھی طرح دھو کر 15 منٹ کے لیے پانی میں بھگو دیں
- Take water using same bowl/cup double than rice.
- اسی پیالی / کپ سے چاول سے دُگنا پانی لیں
- Boil water in a pot and add oil and Cheat-Day Masala Rice Mix to the water and mix.
- ایک برتن میں پانی اُبالیں، پھر اس میں تیل اور Cheat-Day Masala Rice Mix ڈال کر اچھی طرح مکس کریں
- Add the rice to the pot and cook until bubbles appear.
-اب چاول برتن میں ڈالیں اور ابال آنے تک پکائیں
- Put the lid on and let it cook for 10-15 minutes or until done.
ڈھکن بند کر کے 10 سے 15 منٹ دم پر رکھیں یا جب تک چاول گل نہ جائیں
- Garnish with green onion & serve with Cheat-Day Kung-Pao receipe.
